It is hard to believe that 2020 is almost over, which means that Stoker Season is upon us! Each year, the Horror Writers Association selects horror works from the year that have demonstrated a superior achievement in a category and places them on a preliminary ballot. Categories include short fiction, long fiction, fiction collection, poetry, novel, film, and more. In 2019, my story, "The Elevator Game," was selected for the preliminary ballot. While it did not make it to the final ballot, it was still an absolutely thrilling accomplishment. Would you like to read it? You can find it in Who Knocks? Magazine Issue #2.

Here is what I wrote about the Stoker Award last year on social media. Good luck to all the horror writers out there who published in 2020 and are eligible for the award!
